In these years, the third generation of the Maestri family took firmly the Company’s reins into hand. Though continuing to preserve those values that had taken the Company so far, the third generation has nevertheless brought new life to the overall structure by encouraging financial enterprise, organisational restructuring and by devoting special attention to the creation of a new line of products. In brief, the eighties have seen:
the production of a complete range of office stapling pliers known as PRIMULA which are suited to all types of markets. There are various models of this product under the same name, fitting all kinds of needs. · heavy-duty staplers such as ROMABLOK and ROMALANG that have improved and completed the line of office products, whose extremely favourable market results have been much to Maestri’s satisfaction; 
1 the launching of the JOLLY PUNTO UNIVERSALE, a standard staple that fits all 6 mm. crown pliers; 2 A general restructuring process.. And moreover:  The production of a plastic hand tacker for the hardware sector known as TECNICA. This tacker has not only succeeded very well in penetrating the professional market, but also the up-coming “do-it-yourself” segment, as well as the big distribution field.  Products to flank the more traditional ones and so have a wider field for expansion. During this last period, which has been so full of enterprise and commitment, Maestri added yet another reason for being proud of its already striking history.After years of study and investments in research, it succeeded in producing a line of professional ME (Maestri Elettroniche) electronic tackers – the only ones in the world that perform like their pneumatic equivalent – which represent the ideal tool for whoever has any on-the-spot fixings and finishing to do. The evolution of the professional hand tacker with models that increase the importance of the ROCAMA range. |
